Parhan (pronounced par-haan) is a label based in Jharkhand. The word derives meaning from the traditional outfits worn in the state and pays an ode to the traditions here. Our work is rooted in making contemporary garments available to people without compromising on comfort. We work with clusters across India to create clothing—our entire range is made using variations of cotton handloom fabric whilst our limited range of knitwear products is mindfully created by women artisans in Uttar Pradesh.
